Terms and Conditions

We will provide services as outlined in the agreed-upon estimate or contract.  Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon communicated prior to work commencing or at an agreed upon time.

• All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Pricing is based on the scope of work detailed in the estimate. Any additional services or modifications requested by the client may incur additional charges.
• Sales and service tax will be applied as required by law.

• A deposit of 50% is required before work begins for large projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise specified in the contract.
• For ongoing services, payments are due on a recurring schedule as outlined in the agreement.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month.

• The client must provide access to the property during scheduled service times.
• For pressure washing services, the client must ensure water sources are available and accessible on-site as well as any drains are free from obstruction.
• The client is responsible for clearing areas of personal items, vehicles, or furniture that may obstruct work.

• Landscaping warranties apply only to materials or plants specified in the contract and do not cover neglect or improper maintenance by the client after completion.
• For pressure washing services, we do not guarantee removal of certain stains (e.g., paint, tree sap) or damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose mortar, improperly sealed windows).
• All product warranties are limited to those offered by manufacturers.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, unforeseen site issues, or other factors beyond our control. Any changes to project timelines will be communicated promptly.

We carry general liability insurance to cover damages directly caused by our work. However:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions on the property.
• The client assumes responsibility for ensuring proper site conditions before work begins.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In such cases:

• The client will pay for all completed work up to the termination date.
• Deposits may be forfeited if termination occurs without valid cause.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the laws of British Columbia.

This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Prince George.

By engaging our services or signing a contract with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice; clients will be notified of significant changes.
